At Maa Saree, we are committed to providing premium quality sarees and a smooth shopping experience to our customers.
Returns
We offer a 48-hour return window from the time your order is delivered, applicable only in cases where:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- You receive a wrong product.
To request a return, customers must:
- Share a clear parcel opening video starting before the package is opened.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note:
- Returns requested without an opening video may not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
In general, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Color expectation differences due to screen/display settings
- Personal preference issues
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be provided.
- Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Replacements
If your product qualifies for replacement/exchange:
- The replacement product will usually be delivered within 5 business days after approval.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable EU regulations.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
