At Maa Saree, we are committed to providing premium quality sarees and a smooth shopping experience to our customers.

Returns

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time your order is delivered, applicable only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or
  • You receive a wrong product.

To request a return, customers must:

  • Share a clear parcel opening video starting before the package is opened.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note:

  • Returns requested without an opening video may not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

In general, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Color expectation differences due to screen/display settings
  • Personal preference issues

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our team will provide return instructions.
  • In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be provided.
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your product qualifies for replacement/exchange:

  • The replacement product will usually be delivered within 5 business days after approval.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable EU regulations.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
